Anjali Nair brings more than five years of experience in applied research and policy projects across the US, India, and Morocco, with a focus on gender equity, inclusive economic research, and community-driven development. She has worked with the Federal Reserve Banks of Dallas and Minneapolis, Harvard Growth Lab, and J-PAL, and most recently studied the barriers faced by girls in rural India when pursuing higher education.
She earned her master’s in public administration in international development from Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s in economics and mathematics from Northeastern University. While at Harvard, she chaired the Women in Power Conference and received the Barbara Jordan Award for Women’s Leadership in 2025.
