This new information is backed up by another study by the Institute for Women’s Policy Research that found black women’s and Native American women’s wages saw the steadiest decline over the past ten years. White women’s wages decreased only .3 percent over ten years, while black and Native American women’s wages decreased by at least 5 percent.
