Those services are more difficult to obtain in some states: The Institute for Women’s Policy Research, for instance, gives Indiana a D+ for reproductive rights – a grade that takes into account the accessibility of abortion services, among other factors – and state lawmakers passed a bill earlier this year that allows parents to review materials and opt their children out of sex education at school.
