When it comes to equal pay, for example, Antilla pointed to a recent study by the Institute for Women’s Policy Research on the gender pay gap across different industries, which listed financial occupations as among the worst; the job of personal financial adviser, for example, was shown as having the largest gap, with women earning 55.6 per cent of what men did. And, Antilla said, “terrible pay and harassment go hand in hand.”
