Women who worked full-time year- round in 2022 made just 84.0 cents on the dollar paid to men. In 2023, the weekly earnings of women full-time workers were just 83.6 cents on the dollar paid to full-time working men and just 78.1 cents on the dollar when including both full-time and part-time workers with earnings.
