Monique has more than a decade of experience in executive operations, supporting senior leaders and board governance while helping organizations navigate complex systems and priorities. Before joining IWPR, Monique served in the Office of the President at the Kennedy Center and previously supported executive and board operations at the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities (ACCU) and Grantmakers in Health (GIH). Throughout her career, Monique has developed expertise in executive support, board and committee administration, conference and event planning, and cross-functional coordination. She brings a thoughtful, systems-minded approach to her work, with a strong focus on creating structure, maintaining continuity, and ensuring follow-through.
